(I use bullet points for paragraph breaks on Wiki discuss things, by the way.)
(Context to my series progress as-of-typing: I have beaten the first game, on my way to beating 2 and unlocking the crane there, haven't played Midnight Carnival or Cocorecho! yet.)
I wonder why the LocoRoco say "Pekere-teshi" whenever they're in-or-near the MuiMui Crane. They usually say that when they're scared or in danger, right? Not to mention, they seem kind of panicked in that instance in general.
I interpreted this myself as them being a little scared irrationally, even though they know they're not actually in any danger. Maybe a little pinch from the crane's grabs here and there, but it's barely a bother.
I'd love to hear what y'all might think, though. After all, I guess there's no official way to understand the LocoRoco language outside of our interpretations with how they use each phrase(it's not a very advanced conlang though, I'm aware).

These 14 parts occupy IDs 241 to 254, are listed as "special Loco Editor parts", and I don't know how I even stumbled upon them

ㅤAre the LocoRoco types, like Kulche, Priffy, etc. classification names for their respective subspecies/race, or are they names for individuals?
ㅤ
ㅤIt'd be easier to confirm if the games themselves had us controlling the LocoRocos' divisions directly, like agar.io or the Double Cherry from Super Mario 3D World, but we obviously don't(at least, in the official games).
ㅤOf course, there is a possibility of both, where a name is both the 'a(n)' and the 'the'. The Mario franchise, again, especially does this with many characters, namely Toad and Yoshi.
ㅤ
ㅤPersonally, my current headcanon is the third option. I want to believe that each type we follow can be the name of their species, and themselves, and their cloning and size-shifting abilities don't phase any new beings in-and-out of existence.
ㅤMaybe one fused LocoRoco body could have multiple conjoined beings if fusion is possible by merging more than one type of them, but that's an entirely different discussion that the games themselves don't give any answer to one way or another.
ㅤ
ㅤBut still, I want to see what y'all might think.

A LocoRoco is made of a strange combination of soft, fuzzy material and a hard, brittle shell. They are a very unique creature with no known origins. The LocoRoco's only food source is sunlight, which they absorb through their shells. They live in packs, and are very sensitive to sound. Locomotion is a type of dance that LocoRoco can perform to communicate with one another. (Source: LocoRoco Wikipedia page)
is it ok if I replace the images on this article with the sprite previews from the game?
Reassembled badly using photosho
LocoRoco -Midnight Carnival- is now available on PS4 and 5 via PS + Premium! And might be available for separate purchase for $9.99 USD

Is there any ideas for a LocoRoco cartoon?
Here's my idea: LocoRoco Toons
Of course, 505 from Villainous is a LocoRoco lover.
He loves Kulche, Priffy, Tupley, Pekerone, Budzi, Chavez and Viole.
Idk if i should reconstruct these to put in the wiki or not but I just think this looks funny
